CHARLES MANSON
(1934 - 2017) Drifter whose 'family' committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. Great prison content A.L.S. 'Easy Manson' with swastika, 4pp. sm. folio, Tamal, CA, March 4, 1986, to his biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS, in part: 'hell man, for over 8 years, I was aloud no mail or visitors & was kept druged & even my central file came up missing when I did the interview about sueing the CDC...I don't resent authoritie people - I can't respect it...all the people that were honest & truthful retired & are gone...mel its not prison no more - man I don't give a fuck whos right and wrong they can be right all day - its not like it was...authoritie is a thing of the past. Everyone plays like I'm not here, they pass me as if the cell was empty...I don't care about being alone I like It - I got no troubles when I'm alone - I've always been alone...Remember when there was no black cops no Mex cops - now its backwards from what it was - the oppresser but now it's the oppressed holding it down now...when they are not sure they send me a paper of rules they are supposed to obey - then they don't obey the rules & it all falls back on me to teach them prison by fighting through it all again...' Manson signs at the conclusion. Folds, else very good. With transmittal envelope. From the estate of Manson's biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote 'Manson in His Own Words'.
