FIRST AERIAL KILL GERMAN PRESENTATION HONOR GOBLET
An Imperial German World War I Aviator Presentation еngraved honor goblet. Executed in steel resting on four balled legs, the goblet was an award to a pilot for the first kill. The front depicts two hand-engraved flying eagles attacking each other. The rim at the base features the following German engraved inscription: "Dem Sieger im Luftkampf" (The winner in the dogfight), the bottom is marked with the following German inscription: "Chef des Feldflugwesens" (Chief of field aviation) with an eagle in the center. The goblet is entirely hand-hammered steel.
