CERTITICATE THAT ALLOWS A MAN TO WEAR DISABLED ARMBAND
Certificate issued in 1937 to a German disabled man that allowed him to wear in the street the armband for disabled people with 3 black spots. These armbands were worn by people with disabilities so that they could be identified as such and could had some advantages when using public transport, etc. It comes with photo of the man and nice ink stamps.
