Imrei Bina by Rabbi Meir son of Rabbi Yitzchak Auerbach, two volumes: Parts I and II [Part II is extremely rare!], Jerusalem 1871-6 - first edition. On the title page is the owner's stamp of the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Hezekiah Medini, the 'Sdei Hemed'.


The Gaon Rabbi Chaim Hezekiah Medini [1833-1904] one of the greatest of the Achronim. Extremely genius. Born in Jerusalem and served as rabbi of Crasso-Bazaar cities in krim, and rabbi of Hebron. For his great genius and broadmindedness even at the age of 13 he was ordained. He replied to the questioners in all disciplines of the Torah, from all corners of the world as he testified to himself: "Many of my concern are not only in Miley DeMata because most of them came from Alma from all corners of the country ... in a different matters". Even the Arabs of Hebron adored him and many of them attended his funeral. Author of the 'Sdei Hemed' series of books. 'Letter to Hezekiah', 'Responsa Or Lee' and more.

Part I : Missing tears in title page up and down, with completeness in paper pasting and text damage. Moth marks mostly on the white margins of the first and last pages of the book. In some pages reinforcements in paper pasting with text damage.

Part II: Front cover detached. Stains, missing title page.
