Discourse on Hilchot Nezikin on the pages of the sefer 'Devar Eliezer' between the auther HaGaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg and the Gaon Rabbi Meir Stalevich the Rabbi of Khoslovitz and Zichron Moishe.

Devar Eliezer on the Rambam, first edition, Jerusalem, 1935. Authored by the great Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg with a special dedication by the author to the Gaon Rabbi Meir Stalevich the Rabbi of the Zichron Moishe neighborhood and previously the Rabbi of important cities and towns in Russia and Belarus, also known as 'The Rabbi of Khoslovitz'.

Appearing in the body of the sefer is a lengthy response about Chiyuv Nezakim, which the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg had asked Rabbi Meir Stalevich and to which Rabbi Meir Stalevich responded with a lengthy wonderful comment, in which he debates Rabbi Waldenberg's words at length and indeed it seems he went back on his question on the Tzitz Eliezer.

The Gaon Rabbi Meir Stalevich [1870-1949] the Rabbi of cities and towns in Russia and Belarus, immigrated to the land of Israel and served as the Rabbi of Zhchron Moishe and as one of the members of 'The Union of Rabbis Refugees of Russia'. Authored the 'MiBeit Meir' Responsa. Was the Meshamesh-(assistant) of Rabbi Alexander Moshe Lapidos.

The Gaon Posek Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Waldenberg [1915-2006] one of the great Poskim of the generation. Despite his modesty and humility, his name was renowned all over the world due to his Shu"t Tzitz Eliezer dealing with all  aspects of life, especially medicine and Halacha. A Dayan for dozens of years of the Beit Din Hagadol. Was admired by the greatest Talmidei Chachamim and Poskim.

28 cm. Very few moth holes. Very good condition.
