מכתב בחתימת יד קדשו של האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ד טבת תש"ח [1948].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק", בתוספת מילה בכתב-ידו.
המכתב נשלח אל מנהלי כולל חב"ד בירושלים, הרה"ג הרה"ח שלמה יהודה ליב אליעזרוב (הרב שיל"א, תרכ"ג-תשי"ב), ואל הרה"ג הרה"ח יצחק אביגדור אורנשטיין (תרנ"ג-אייר תש"ח). במכתבו מברך האדמו"ר: "השי"ת יחוס וירחם על עמו ונחלתו וישמור אותנו כולנו בכל מרחבי תבל בארצנו הקדושה ת"ו ובארצות פזורנו ויגאלנו בגאולה שלימה ע"י משיח צדקנו בב"א [במהרה בימינו אמן]".
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "ש"ב מחו' הדו"ש ומברכם", הוסיף האדמו"ר את המילה "בגו"ר" [בגשמיות וברוחניות] בכתב-יד קדשו.
