The only copy that survived the terrible fire! Remnant of a Sefer of the Holy Gaon of Kloizenburg from before the Holocaust, 'Shut Moharash' by his Rav the great Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Angel one of the greatest Poskim of the generation.

Shut Moharash Angel, fifth section on the fourth parts of the Shulchan Aruch, by the Holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Angel, Varanov edition, 1936, with the signature and personal stamp of his leading disciple the Holy Gaon of Kloizenburg, who received his Hora'ah Semicha by him.

The holy signature of the Admor the Holy Gaon of Kloizenburg, an early signature from before the terrible Holocaust, 'The young Yekutiel Yehuda Av Beis Din of the Sephardic communities Kloizenburg..."

The Holy Gaon Moharash Angel author of Shut Moharash [1853-1935], also known as "The Gaon of Radomishla", was Rosh Av Beis Din of Kashoy and beforehand Rosh Av Beis Din of Bilgoray, Dokla and Radomishla, where he became known as one of the Poskim of the generation. Received his rabbinic Semicha by the 'Shoel UMeshiv'  Rabbi Yosef Shaul Nathanson and his oral Semicha by the 'Toras Chessed' Rabbi Shneur Zalman Fredkin of Lublin. Was a leading Chassid of the Holy Rav author of Divrei Chaim of Sanz and his holy sons the Holy Rav of Shinava and the Holy Rav of Gorlitz, the grandfather of the Holy Rav the Shefa Chaim of Sanz Kloizenburg who received in his youth his rabbinic and Hora'ah Semicha by the Moharash Angel.

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Halberstam of Sanz-Kloizenburg [called admiringly the 'Shefa Chaim' or 'Divrei Yatziv' after his Seforim] [1905-1994] one of the admired and renowned Tzaddikim of the generation. The  founder of Kiryas Sanz in Netanya and the Laniado hospital. At the same time served as a Rosh Yeshiva and an admired leader of thousands. At the age of 21 was appointed Rav and AV Beis Din of the Charedi community of Kloizenburg also known as 'the Sephardic Community'. He suffered many hardships during World War II, going through the seven circles of Hell and not abandoning his holy Avodas Hashem. In the Holocaust he lost the pious Rebbetzen the daughter of the 'Atzei Chaim' of Siget and his eleven children, including his eldest son Lipaleh, who was destined for greatness by his father.

After the Holocaust, he drew courage and became renowned for establishing Torah and charity institutions for She'eris Hapletah. Thousands admired and followed him, gathering for his prayers and meals. His court was established in the USA in the Crown Heights neighborhood and later in Israel, in Kiryas Sanz in Netanya and Jerusalem and in the end of his days, in Union City.

Established and founded the great enterprises for teaching and studying Torah, the 'Mifal HaShas' and 'Kollelei Shas' in Israel and over the world.

Very good condition.
