Manuscript, copy of the book Mekor Haim and Petach HaOhel—Tzada, Yemen, 1927.
Pretty manuscript with Mekor Haim on the halachot of shechita and treifut, with Petah HaOhel (separate title page) on the halachot of gittin and kiddushin. Copied from a printing published by Sa’adiya Mizrahi of Aden. Title pages illustrated in purple with bolding and titles in purple as well. Name of the copier on the title page: “Shlomo Kaha”. Northern Yemen, Tzada, first half of the 20th century. 288 pages. Size: 18x24cm. Binding from the period, overall good condition.
