בצד הפנימי של הכריכה רישום בכתב יד " יצחק בן הרב יעקב כהן" עם תאריך כ"ה חשוון תקס"ה ליצירה. רישום נוסף " משה בן כה"ר המאור הגדול אל שהוד שמואל בכה"ר המאור זצוק"ל". חותמת רישום על קניית הספר בשנת תרכ"ג, הכותב "יצחק יזדי". חתימת "צעיר הצעירים אברהם בן כה"ר עמרם יצ"ו".
לאורך הספר מאות ! הגהות קצרות וארוכות, תוכן של ביאורי הלכות, ביאורי מילים, חידושים ופסקי הלכה. כתיבה פרסית מהתקופות הנ"ל. מספר כותבים.
