A FINE SILVER GILT MEGILLAT ESTHER Ottoman. Mid 19th Century. With Original Scroll.
An Important Collector Item.
Size: 24 cm. A fine silver-gilt Megillat Esther case complet with parchment Megilla Scroll. Crafted in fine filagree design. Turkey second half of the 19th century. This beautiful casing holds an original Meillat Esther scroll, written on parchment in a scribes's grand lettering. The casing's leg is L-shaped. Acharming and impressive piece. Very good condition.
