1908, perforated proof of 10k in light blue, block of four printed on ungummed paper with vertical varnish lines, significantly different design from issued stamps – inner oval has triple instead of double line at top, two curls at each side of the top ribbon ''Pochtovaya Marka'', side curls of the outer oval forming by one instead of two lines and etc., nice centering and very fresh, VF and extremely rare multiple, enclosed an issued stamp in pale blue to avoid misleading, Sc. #79
