A long commentary on the Book of Ruth.
Rabbi Shlomo ben Moshe HaLevi Alkabetz, whose family was expelled from Spain in 1492, was one of the greatest Kabbalists in Safed. He wrote the Lecha Dodi poem that is part of the Kabbalat Shabbat service in all Jewish communities around the world.
The glosses are by two different people.Some glosses are in Sephardic script, others in Italian script.
