Set of eight photographs of Jan Marcin Andrzejewski. Photographs are from both pre-WW2 and WW2 period. One of photographs made after he was let out of the Pawiak prison, where he is extremely thin. Jan Marcin Andrzejewski born in Poznań, sportsman, footballer of the "Warta" club since 1933. Connected with Warsaw. A soldier of the 1939 September Campaign and the 1944 Warsaw Uprising, participant in the resistance movement in the Home Army, alias "Barwa", prisoner of the Pawiak Prison.During the Uprising in Home Army - "Chrobry II" group - Central Regional Production Cell (C.P.K. oblast) - Armament Production Management. One of the three who organized and launched the first printing house in free Warsaw at Tarczyńska Street, its first manager. Later, an employee of the "Życie Warszawy" printing house. "The Ministry of National Defense" and Zakłady Graficzne "Dom Pracy Polskiego". An outstanding specialist in the field of polygradia, decorated with many decorations, including the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polygamy.
