המחבר היה חבר הבד"ץ חסידים בירושלים, והיה מגדולי בעלי ההוראה, שו"ת אליו בס' דברי חיים להגה"ק מצאנז ועוד.
מפרט: בדפוס שעהנבוים-פרומקין. כאמור חסר חלק או"ח, וכן שער לחלק יו"ד. מתחיל בחלק יו"ד בדף א-מ, [2], [1], ג-לג, חסר דף אחרון. מעבר להנ"ל מצב טוב מאוד. 31 ס"מ.
