Handsome copy in rare condition: Siddur Tefillat Yisrael for Shabbat and Yom Tov, with German translation. Frankfurt-am-Mein, 1890 approximately.
Hebrew and German on facing pages, printed in Frankfurt around 1890. The blank first page has an illustration of Hannah’s prayer with Eli the Kohen Gadol. The title page is covered in tissue paper. There is an additional title page in German on the backside of the page. Original inscribed binding, decorative metal clasp for closing the book, gilded page cuttings, signs of wear on the binding, handsome copy in rare, good condition.
