Letter laden with Torah innovations and warm blessings by the great Gaon Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis Rosh Av Beis Din of HaEdah HaCharedis, Jerusalem, 1945.

In the letter, the Rosh Av Beis Din answers the question of his friend Rabbi A. Hilman concerning charity money. The letter contains wonderful innovations while demonstrating genius and great knowledge. At the beginning of the letter, the Rosh Av Beis Din writes that he just received a telegram with Torah innovations from Rabbi Hilman's son 'ונהנתי מזה שהחל לפלפל ולדון בד"ת וברך אברכנו כי יעשה חיל בלימודים יצליח למישקל ולמיטרי בהלכתא גבירתי...".  Toward the end of the letter, the Rosh Av Beis Din blesses his friend with warm blessings, material and spiritual. He signs the letter with his handwritten signature, which does not appear on all his letter which he usually signed with a stamp in the form of his signature.
