Large double handled vase with cover; ovoid body depicts painted scene of classical figures.
Depicts 3 robed maidens and children on reverse. Soft pastel coloration; finely painted details. Fluted rim; gilt mask handles, dome shaped cover and gilded square footed base. Signed G. White. Doulton Burslem backstamp.
