A RUSSIAN 84 SILVER ENAMELED KOVSH ROOSTER BIRD
A large traditional Russian vessel for water - kovsh, made of 84 silver, with a beautifully shaped comfortable handle, and gilded interior. An admirable unique enameled exterior in the form of a rooster bird designed with various shades of blue, red, green, and white floral and geometrical patterns on it, made in cloisonné technique, with a burgundy semi-precious stones on the body sides and on an eyes place. Marked with Russian hallmarks, 84 Silver, Imperial Eagle, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks. Weight: 715.8 g.
