Limited edition jug 420 of 500. Features guard scenes in relief. Signed Noke and H. Fenton.
Jug portrays lord and lady attended by Yeomen and a turnkey with more guards. Shield with lions of of England forms spout; handle is decorated with axes, pikes, chains and suit of armor. Fully stamped on base. Doulton backstamp. Light crazing to base.
