A RUSSIAN 84 SILVER AND GLASS PAPER HOLDER
The surface is decorated with relief overlays: one in the form of a flying eagle with a shield in its claws, on which there is an engraving in Cyrillic and a stamp of 84 silver standards; the other is in the form of an oblong enameled pentagon with the image of an owl; the third with three enameled stars and engraving in Russian: Constellation of the Great Dog. All four silver legs and holder are stamped with 84 silver Russian standard hallmarks and assay mark. Total weight including glass: 552 g.
