1987-1995 - Yoram Lilach was chairman of the National Council of the Association of Painters and Sculptors in Israel - in this position he edited and published two art books by members of the Association of Painters in Israel.
In the following years he coordinated the group of Israeli painters and was the chairman of the Israeli branch whose members in the I.A.C Association in Barcelona - these members participated in many exhibitions at the Zero Gallery in Barcelona as well as at the Painters Association in Tel Aviv.
After years of studying the printing profession at several colleges in the north of the country, he retired and established the printing workshop in Kfar Yehoshua
