(1914 - 2005) German U-Boat Ace, the third most successful of German U-Boat commanders of WWII. Recipient of the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. Signed Feldpost mailer, unused, with a Hoffmann portrait of Topp, signed in blue ink, 4 x 5.5 inches. Some minor creases. Unusual.
