Ada (Ariadna) Solomonovna Maguidson (Russian, 1906–1981) unique military mixed media painting on paper, an original maquette of a poster, Give More Cavalry and Show Mass, 1937. Titled in pencil lower right. Signed and dated on verso. Maguidson, a Soviet artist-painter, graphic artist, designer, theater artist, author of propaganda posters and monumental panels.
