Sefer Yesod: the Tzlach on Masechtot of Seder Moed. First edition, Warsaw 1879.
Sefer Tziyon LaNefesh Chaya, known more by its acronym “the Tzlach”, by the gaon Rabbi Yehezkel Landau, the Noda B’Yehuda, Av Beit Din of Prague. Two sections: Section 1 on Tractates Rosh Hashanah, Yoma, Sukkah, Taanit, Chagiga, and Megillah. [1], 7, 32 leaves. Section 2 with a separate title page and on Tractates Shabbat and Eruvin. [3], 53 leaves. First edition, Warsaw 1879. Stefanski Sifrei Yesod #79. The second section has approbations from the geonim Rabbi Yosef Dov Beer of Brisk and Rabbi Yitzhak Elchanan Spector of Kovna. And introduction from the publisher, the author’s grandson. New binding, stains, overall good condition.
The title page has the stamp: “the holy Shmuel HaLevi Schechter of Budapest”, and an additional signature—not checked thoroughly.
