Bound with the book Imrei Binah, a unique work for understanding the words of the Maharsha referenced byb other gedolim. By Rabbi Akiva Armer, a dayan in Klosny. At the end is Shut from the author. First edition, Lviv 1872. [4], 10, [4], 33, 24 leaves.

The pagination is messed up, there are additional pages beyond the advertised. Approbations from the Divrei Chaim of Sanz, Rabbi Yosef Shaul Natanson, Rabbi Shimon Sofer of Krakow and more. The prenomeranten pages have a who’s who of Ashkenazi Jewish society, including rabbis and Admorim, such as Komarna (“Rabbi Gaon Tzaddik Rabban Yitzhak Yehuda Yehiel”, meaning the Admor Saprin of Komarna, author of the Netiv Mitzvotecha and Heichal HaBracha). Given a little more than a year before his death.

Rabbi Moshe Zvi Freund hy”d (1913-1945) was the son of Rabbi Yisrael, a student of the Daat Sofer and the Maharam of Brisk. He served as Rabbi of Szent Miklosh (Gheorgheni).
