A LARGE PAPIER-MACHE EASTER EGG VORVÄTER Russian, Danilovo, Alexander Lukutin Factory, 1882-1896 Russland, Danilowo, Manufaktur Alexander Lukutin, 1882-1896 Ovoid, one side depicting the Guardian Angel, the reverse depicting the Descent into Hell and Harrowing of Hell on red ground. The sides with densely painted gilt scrolling foliage. With gilt interior, the interior marked with the coat-of-arms of the Lukutin factory with three double-headed eagles. 16 cm high.
