The poster maquette depicts the research institute Cold, with two orderlies in the foreground carrying out a burned employee who was literally and metaphorically Burnout at work. The name of the Research Institute - Cold and the appearance of its employees, which the viewer can see in the open windows of the building, makes the poster satirical.Illustration painting maquette for poster by Leonid Kaminsky for The Fighting Pencil Group, with original Russian pencil marks on the backside.
