A rare illustration painting maquette of the Russian Soviet satirical poster Home delivery, designed by Mikhail Belomlinsky (1934–2020), Soviet Russian graphic artist, member of the Fighting Pencil - a creative association of artists who produced propaganda posters in the USSR. The Russian text on the crane read as follows: Home delivery. The poster maquette depicts a crane that brings building materials for a house under construction. Contain Russian wordplay Home delivery and Delivery for building a home. Illustration painting maquette for poster by Mikhail Belomlinsky for The Fighting Pencil Group, with original Russian pencil marks on the backside. Paper, mixed media.
