Issues and guidelines by Rabbi Nachman Shlomo HaLevi (1783-1851), Av Beit Din of Zamotsht, who moved to Jerusalem, where he served as Av Beit Din of the Ashkenazi community. Printed by Yisrael Bak in Jerusalem. No binding, tears taped in a number of places, light stains, generally good condition.
