טור יורה דעה, מאת רבינו יעקב ב"ר אשר. עם "בית יוסף", מאת מרן רבינו יוסף קארו. ונציה, שי"א. מהדורה ראשונה של חיבור ה"בית יוסף" על הטור.
לאורך הספר כ – 30 הגהות בכתב יד. רובם בכתיבה איטלקית אשכנזית, וכמה מהם בכתיבה אשכנזית קלאסית. ככל הנראה שני כותבים. כתיבה מתקופה הקרובה להדפסה.
[23], שצח דף. 34 \ 23 ס"מ. חסרים שער וששה דפים ראשונים מדפי המפתחות. מצב כללי טוב. נקבים בודדים. ללא כריכה קדמית ושדרה. כריכה אחורית עשויה עץ מחופה בעור, עם שאריות המנעולים. דפים רבים מנותקים. דפים איכותים ועבים. מעט כתמים. מחיקות של הצנזורה הנוצרית.
