כתב יד, כולל "סדר קריאת שמע", תפלה מיוחדת לכל אחד מימי השבוע. בסופו "תפילה לומר בלילה לפני המזוזה על החלומות, שמחה גאליגא" [כנראה הכל בכתיבת ידו].
איטליה, המאה ה – 19. כתיבה מרובעת.
[25] דפים כתובים משני צדדים. דף עבה ואיכותי. מצב בינוני. פגעי עש. כריכה מקורית בלויה ופגומה.
