24. מנהלת העם - לוט 3 פריטי מנהלת העם ירושלים הכולל: א. מעטפה רשומה שנשלחה לוקאלית מסניף מאה שערים (רשום 1) לזיכרון משה ביום 16.5.1948 על מעטפה עליה מודבקת סדרה שלמה של בולי ירושלים מדינת היהודים, סדרה שנייה בערכים 5, 10 ו – 25 מיל. בחזית המעטפה ומאחוריה חותמת ברורה ויפה של "העצמאות" 1948 ז' אייר התש"ח . במצב טוב מאד. החותמת פריט היסטורי ומעניין (postal history) שמפאר על אוסף בולים.
ב. סדרה שנייה של מפת מדינת היהודית בערכים 5, 10 ו – 25 מיל. מצב MNH.
ג. CUT OUT של בול מדינת היהודית חתום בחותמת ירושלים של מנהלת העם ומתוארך 11.05.1948.
