Rare Soviet Dulevo propaganda-style porcelain charger dedicated to 40 years of the Soviet Union, 1917 - 1957, Dulevo Porcelain Factory. Decorated in orange, ochre and gold, signed in Russian at the center: "All Power to the Soviets!", Signed on the margins: "1917-1957" and "40 years" in Russian.With a green Dulevo Porcelain Factory mark on the bottom.
