ANTIQUE HAND COLORED MILITARY ETCHING BY SCHADOW
Wilhelm von Schadow, 1788 to 1862, hand-colored military etching entitled Uhlan Russe, 1813 to 1815, depicting a cavalryman armed with a lance on a horse. Printed for Iconographie General et Methodique du Costume du IV au XIX siecle. 315 to 1815. Collection gravee a leau forte dapres les documents authentiques and inedits par Raphael Jacquemin. Paris, 1863 to 1869. Friedrich Wilhelm von Schadow was a German Romantic painter, Director of the Academy of the Arts in Dusseldorf from 1826 to 1859. Antique Military Print Collectibles.
