This lamp is made of Conch shell. Carved by hand into the shell is a cameo scene of a maiden sitting on the edge of the sea. The bottom stand is of metal and bares the scene of angels spreading their wings.Originally this piece was intended an an object de virtue, but was then converted to be a lamp. The light bulb is inserted to the bottom of the lamp
