"Due to the murder of his son-in-law Rabbi Nachum Weisfisch by Arab terrorists on our lands, I express my condolences … it seems the predator has not said enough and each and every day Jews are slain in the Land of Israel, and our hands are tied … the time has finally come that we gather to consult and decide on ways to defend ourselves … so that our blood will not be lost … and if Nachum's murder is the what spurs this work, then it might be our comfort…" Signed by him.
