The author Rabbi Shalom Hadaya - the renowned Dayan and Kabbalist from Aram Tzuba, wrote the book before he immigrated to Jerusalem. When he immigrated to Jerusalem, he served as Ravad, and the elder of the kabbalists in Beit-El, who was known to have corresponded with Rabbi Elhanan Wasserman about Kabbalah.
