Among them, banknotes that were printed in Sternberg (a small town west of Munich) in 1922. One side commemorates the 430 anniversary of the burning at the stake of several Jews who were accused of making Matzahs from the blood of a Christian child in 1492; the other side has three horrifying illustrations of Jews making Matzah from the blood of a Christian child and their burning at the stake.
