Rabbi David (Mas'ud) Ovadia (1913) was Rabbi of Safed and also served as rabbi in the cities of Rabat, Fez and Marrakech in Morocco, and after his immigration to Israel, rabbi of the Bayit Vagan neighborhood in Jerusalem. And the chairman of the Rabbis of the Moroccan Community in Jerusalem. He dealt with publishing the books of Moroccan rabbis and the study of their customs, the author of the books "Nahagu HaAm" and others.
