Rare announcement, in it a calendar of year 5683 (1923), letter for good and pleasant New Year from United Moshev Zekainim U'Zekainos in Holy city of Jerusalem, Eretz Yisrael, including words of support from The Grand Rabbi the Imrai Emes of Gur and The Great Rabbi Avraham Yitchok Hakohen Kook, and also copy of letters of impressions from Rabbanim and Heads of community.

Moshev Zekainim U'Zekainos in the Holy City of Jerusalem one of the beautiful institutions in the old settlements, established in 1873 on the desolated hillside facing the entrance to the ciy. During the years it suffered frequently as other Jerusalem institutions from considerable budgetary distress.
