Interesting letter written and signed personally by Rabbi Baruch Hagur from Seret-Viznitz, in this letter he indicates the integrity and righteousness of Rabbi Naftoli Herzka Henig Av Beis Din of Sharmash (one of the great Rabbis in Satmar), The Rabbi writes this letter in light of rumors of forged signature of the Av Beis Din of Sharmash on behalf of marriages doubting the righteousness of the Rabbi of Yarmash. Following the occurrence. This letter has been written, Haifa 4th day of Nisson 1959.

Harav Rabbi Baruch Hagur (1895-1963) Born to his father Rabbi Yisrael, the 'Ahavas Yisroel' of Viznitz, appointed as Rabbi by Rabbi Meir Arik and Rabbi Avraham Menachem Mendel Steinberg. After WWII he ascended to Israel and settled in Haifa. In the beginning of the 1950's he came up with the idea to set up a community for the Chasidim of Seret-Viznitz in the city of Haifa, In 1952 He began preperations for the construction of the new neighborhood. He was a member of the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah of Agudas Yisrael. The Rabbi passed away the 2nd day of Cheshvon 1963 and laid to rest in the area of the Viznitz Rabbis in the Shomrai Shabbos cemetery in Bnei Brak.
