'I was informed that all the peanuts in the country have grown one third before Rosh Hashanah (the New Year), Legumes have no Kedushas (holiness) of the seventh year,(Shemitta) and they are obligated for Terumas and Maasros as the previous year.
One page 20x16cm, 13 rows hand written.
The letter was written by Rabbi Binyamin Mendelson Av Beis Din of Kommemiyos to Rabbi Avraham Yitzchok Klein, Rabbi of Haifa. Kommemiyos 1959.
