The national committee which took place in Petach Tikva is happy to present the news of the enactment of the Moetzes Gedolai Hatorah headed by the Mercaz Agudat Yisraol of Israel which will guide us in G-ds ways, Jerusalem. 27th day of Sivon 1944.

This letter was sent by Rabbi Yitzchok Meir Levin and Rabbi Moshe Blau, and Dr. Yitzchok Brier, within this letter they inform about the beginning of the Moetzes Gedoila Hatorah of Agudas Yisroal. At the end of the letter are names of Great sages of Israel (part have added handwritten titles) Amongs the Moetzes are ;the 'Imrei Emes' of Gur, The 'Holy Rabbi Aharon of Belz', The Scholar 'Hachazon Ish', Hamari"tz Dushinski, Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, Rabbi Ezra Atia, and more. The letter was sent to Rabbi Avraham Yitzchok Klein, Rabbi of Nurneburg (later in Haifa), to include him to the Moetzes Gedoila Hatorah.
