The holy Admor Rabbi Yisrael Friedman of Husiatyn (1857-1948) was the second Admor of the Husaytin Hasidiyut, the eldest of the Admorim of Beit Rozin, the last grandson of Rabbi Yisrael of Rozin. He was born in 1858 to his father the Rebbe Rabbi Mordechai Feibish of Husiatyn, and since 1939 he served in his father's house in Husiatyn, where he immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1937. The story of his prayer on the grave of " "In the presence of the great Kabbalists [during the Holocaust when he was afraid that the Nazi army under Rommel would win the Egyptian front and from there will reach the destruction of the inhabitants of Eretz Israel] and his famous statement on that occasion, that the oppressor would not rule the Land of Israel. The Admor Rabbi Ya'akov Friedman (1878-1956), son of the Admor Rabbi Yitzchak of Bohush, and the successor of his father-in-law to the Admorim of Husiatyn.
