Islamic Bead Necklace with Crystal Pendant
13th-14th century AD
A restrung necklace comprising graduated irregular quartz crystal beads with pierced spherical gold spacers, amuletic pouch-shaped bifacial rock crystal pendant in a later gold frame with two suspension loops. 77 grams, 72cm (28 1/4"). Fine condition.
Provenance
The Signo collection, the property of a West London businessman, formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
