The copy of Rabbi Ephraim Mordechai Shmerler the grandson of the Rebbe Rabbi Chaim Avraham of Mykolaiv, the son-in-law and replacer of the Rebbe Rabbi Meir of Premishlan. On the title page, his personal stamp in
Hebrew and a foreign language.

At the end of the Book of Psalms, on p. 78, a list in scribal script handwritten by Rabbi Ephraim Mordechai: "The Psalms to be said beside the grave of my grandfather Rabbi Meir of Premishlan, 9, 19, 24, 27, 29, 30, 33, 41, 44, 49, 67, 74, 75, 102, 104, 107".

This inscription is the only source of the seventeen Psalms which were used to be said by the descendants of Rabbi Meir beside his grave (See: Aspaklariah Hame'irah, by
Rabbi Mordechai Gerlitz, section B, p. 552).
Additional owner's signatures and inscriptions on the title page and flyleaves by the grandsons of the Rabbi of Premishlan.
