בדף הפורזץ הקדשה קצרה בכתב ידו וחתימתו של מרן המחבר זצ"ל
"לאות ידידות מנאי אלעזר מנחם מן שך". מאן דהו מתח קו בעט על ההקדשה, אמנם אין זה מסתיר את מילות ההקדשה והחתימה.
