Rabbi Moshe Tzvi Friedman, was born to his father Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Friedman abd Nyíregyháza. Student of the Yeshiva in Pressburg, Was Rav in the Orthodox community in New-Pest in the years 1904-1933.

Rabbi Yaakov Yehuda HaLevi Hofman, 1881-1956, disciple of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Roth abd Pupa, and of the 'Shevet Sofer' in Pressburg Yeshiva, served as Rav in Vienna, Kostel and Radovich. Was Rav in the united communities and Rosh Yeshiva in Frankfurt during the years 1923-1937. From the heads of Mizrachi in Germany and member of 'National representative of German Jewry', from great Rabbanim of Hungary who devoted his life for Torah and Love of Tzion. His sermons, which he gave in the Great Beit HaKnesset in the center of the city, excelled in contents and its fine German language. Rabbi Hofman stressed the method of 'learning the Daf', and his students learned to diversify each word and every term of Rashi commentary.
