* Part 2, Chapters 123-403: [1], 134-352, [1] pages, bluish page, 36 cm. The name of the sefer and place of print are in red ink.

Both parts of the sefer are the personal copy of Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Leib Eliazarov Rav of the Ashkenazi community in Chevron. His stamp appears on the sefarim, and within are corrections and editing by hand.

Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda Leiv Eliazarov (1863-1952), author of Shut 'Sheailat Shlomo', born in Jakobstadt in Russia to his father Rabbi Eliezer Shimon Kazrenuvski, from the descendants of the Alter Rebbe the Ba'al HaTanya. At the age of 10 he ascended with his family to Chevron. Married in 1880 and changed his family name to his wifes family name 'Ashkenazi', later his name was changed  to 'Eliazarov' for the name of his father Eliezer. Learned Torah with great diligence from his Rabbis the gaon and righteous Rabbi Shimon Menashe Cheikin and the Mekubal Rabbi Eliyahu Mani. He served as Rav and leader of Chabad community and Ashkenazim in Chevron. Along with the famous Sefaradi Rav of Chevron Rabbi Chaim Chizkiyahu Medini, the 'Sdei Chemed'. He established and lead the Yeshivat 'Magen Avot' and was from the founders of the first Chabad Yeshiva in Israel Yeshivat 'Toraht Emet'. Many times he fundraised for the institutions in Chevron. He arrived to the Jewish community in Bukhara in Samarkand and stayed there for several years to serve as Rav in the city upon their request. He stood there as the head of the Beit Din, established a Yeshiva, and founded Mikvaot and schools for training expert shochtim. Returned to the city of Chevron and was a central figure for decades in the city's Jewish community and was involved in all important events in the city including the acquisition of the Romano project.

Half leather cover, few moth holes, tears and tape and page restorations on several pages, damage to text on individual pages. Good condition.
