On the endpapers, a large, fine signature is square script: "Shlomo Eliezer Wiesel". Additional signatures by him on these leaves.
His father was Rabbi Yechezkel Avraham Wiesel – one of the leading Hassidim of the "Tzemach Tzaddik" who died in 1885.
